Where to Perform an Allegheny County Property Lookup

Members of the public who are interested in conducting an Allegheny County property lookup may do so online, by Fax, by phone, by email, or in person. The fees for accessing property records differ by the type of document requested. The typical processing time for the request ranges between a few hours to two weeks.

Requesters can perform an Allegheny County property lookup on the Allegheny County Real Estate Portal. There, the inquirer may search either by address or by parcel number. After inputting the proper details in the required fields and selecting the municipality, the individual must tap the "Search" button to see a list of related search results.

By mail, the requester will need to fill out the Request form and then create an account with the agency's website to send in a mail.

How to Find Property Owner by Address for Free

The Pennsylvania Right-to-know law doesn't prohibit posting identifying details, such as a Real property owner's name, without written permission from the owner. However, the law records specific exceptions where personal information disclosure may harm a person's individual or property rights. It requires government bodies to consider the privacy interests of individuals before displaying personal information. Also, government agencies may need to redact specific information if there's a need to protect a person's privacy.

Then, after finding the property in question, tap on the "Assessment information" and select the "Owner Information" option; the name and contact address of the property owner will be displayed consequently.

Allegheny County Property Tax Lookup

The Allegheny County Treasurer's Office provides an official website that enables members of the public to look up the tax information of property within the County's jurisdiction. Interested individuals can submit a written request to visit the Treasurer's Office and request in person. How to Find Allegheny County Property Appraiser

Interested members of the public can find the Allegheny County property appraiser on the Allegheny County Assessment website. On the site, choose the Real Estate section under Departments, select "Search Property Assessment Information, " and input the parcel ID Number or address. After that, tap on the "Property Record Card" option to see the property information. The user will see an "Assessment Information" section on this page encompassing the Real property's accessed value.
