The Pennsylvania Uniform Crime Reporting System (UCR) reports comprehensive information on illegal incidents, victimization, and arrests across Pennsylvania. The raw data is collected and stored by the Pennsylvania State Police. There were 5761 crimes for every 100,000 Clarion county residents in 2018.
