Inmates can only receive 4 photographs per day. The size of the photograph must be 4” X 6”. The photographs can be colored copies, but printed and handwritten letters must be in black & white. The jail personnel discards incoming envelopes at the mail room. No inmate is permitted to take mail to the blocks. Incoming mail containing contraband will be returned to the sender.
