NOTE - If someone would like to obtain records face-to-face, they must follow a variety of rules in Sullivan County. The office is only open between 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. If a person wishes to purchase documents, they must bring some form of photo identification. State IDs and driver's licenses will do just fine. A person must also put their request in writing in Sullivan County.
